We’re a new brand, and we know trust takes time. If you try NovaForm and it does not fit your routine, or if you simply do not love it, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

NovaForm reserves the right to limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, repeated claims, or misuse of the guarantee.
Return Eligibility
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept physical returns of dietary supplement products that have been opened, used, consumed, unsealed, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please do not send any product back to our business mailing address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so by email.
Return Window
Standard return requests for unopened and sealed products must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Guarantee refund requests must also be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at trynovaform@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If we approve a physical return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for physical return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Products that have been consumed
- Items damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items, when clearly marked as final sale

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or fulfilled.
